To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for a job well done. I contacted your company and two other companies in mid July and asked for an estimate to replace the roof on my mother’s home. I talked to Dave at your company and he was very professional and courteous. Dave is the only person that responded to my request for an estimate. He gave me the estimate with several options and quickly responded to any questions or concerns that I brought up. I told Dave we were faced with some tight constraints in regards to schedule and he did everything he could to accommodate our needs.

When the day arrived for the work to start, I was so pleasantly surprised when the crew actually showed up on time and started work promptly. The workers were very polite and professional, they made sure when they were done each day that the mess was all cleaned up. They virtually left the place spotless each day. The quality of the work was excellent, there were some strange elevations in the roofline and they were able to fix it up and make it look better than it did when it was new.

So in closing, please thank the crew for a job well done and a big thanks to Dave for making the job go so smoothly. I would recommend your company without reservations to anyone. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that still believes in customer satisfaction.
