Low Slope Roofs

Built up Roofing Systems -Tar and Gravel/Cap Sheet
A base sheet is mechanically fastened to the roof sub straight, then ply sheets are installed (hot mopped between sheets), and your choice of either gravel or a granulated cap sheet is installed for a finished roof surface.

Modified Roofing Systems/Smooth and Granulated
App Modified Roofing System
A 28# Fiberglass Base Sheet is mechanically fastened, then a smooth surface of app waterproof membrane is applied to this base sheet and then a second layer of granulated app modified roofing is installed, as per manufacturers specifications. 20 Year Manufacturer Warranty

Single Ply Roofing
Duro-Last PVC Roofing System (Heat Welded)
A vapor barrier is installed over the existing sub straight then a single ply sheet is mechanically fastened and heat welded with a hot air welder at all seams and lap joints as per manufacturer’s specifications.

Carlisle TPO Roofing System (Heat Welded)
A vapor barrier is installed over the existing sub straight then a single ply sheet is mechanically fastened and heat welded with a hot air welder at all seams and lap joints as per manufacturer’s specifications.

Metal Roofing Systems

A 30# felt underlayment is installed to roof sub straight, then the metal roof system is mechanically fastened as per manufacturers specifications.

Stone Coated Steel Roofing

Gerard & Decra (Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty)
An underlayment is installed over existing roofing or roofing sub straight, then a solid wood grid system is installed. After the grid system is complete the installation of all Gerard Field Panels, Gerard Trim, Ridge and Related Flashings and Metal Eave Edging can be installed as specified by the manufacturer for a finished roof surface.

Concrete Tile Roof

Concrete Tile, Standard Weight
All manufacturers specifications will be strictly adhered to, proper drip edges as necessary and installation of batten boards, wood nailers, flashings, trim and field tiles.

- Steel Galvanized Flashing with lead (when necessary)

Concrete Tile, Light Weight

Clay Tile, Cap and Pan Application
Installation of Mission Clay, Caps and Pans according to strict manufacturers specifications. Some applications may include the following:

Slate Roof
A30# felt underlayment is installed over a wood sub straight then solid wood nailer boards are installed on all hip and ridges. Slate tiles are then installed according to strict manufactures specifications. Many styles and color variations are available. Installations may include the following.

- Random slate sizes
- Random color mixing

Wood Shake/Wood Shingle Roofing

Class A Fire Rated Wood Shakes
A 72# cap sheet is installed over roofing sub straight, then fire treated shakes with 30# shake felt between courses are installed.

Live Roofs
